Receptionist, Hong Kong

The opportunity:

We have an immediate opening for a Receptionist to join our team in Hong Kong. The position supports general administrative work and receptionist duties. We are looking for smart, positive, professional staff to be part of our international culture.

What you’ll do:

  • Greet visitors, ensuring they are well received and treated with courtesy
  • Responsible for managing the main telephone switchboard
  • Responsible for making conference room reservations and maintaining conference facilities
  • General administrative support: maintain and monitor the attendance system, files, correspondence, meeting arrangements (catering/beverages)
  • Assist in the distribution of newspaper and magazine subscriptions
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mails and couriers
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the office administration team
  • Maintain pantry stock and assist with facilities management
  • Assist with special projects as requested: press kits preparation, mailings, etc
  • Handle other ad hoc admin projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in reception/admin or customer service
  • Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin & English
  • Good working knowledge of MS office and Chinese typing
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player is a must, friendly, customer-focused attitude
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Responsible, well-organized and willing to learn
